      We built this because we were the ones who needed it first.

      Not too long ago, we were working hard to get our real estate business off the ground. We had no inheritance and no background in real estate.

      But we had a dream to replace the income from our W2s and live life on our own terms. The problem was we had no idea how to get there.

      We made a lot of expensive mistakes, got stuck in the day-to-day grind with no systems in place, and felt unsure how to make our business profitable.       Today was such a good reminder of why I joined WIIRE.

      I just closed on my second investment property in Central Oregon for $125K. I'm planning to put less than $100K into it and expect an ARV around $330K. In a market where the median sale price is around $433K, I KNOW I bought a great deal.

      But right now, this house is ROUGH. 😂

      Some friends came by today and jokingly said, "Oh, I'm so jealous," and "I almost want to trade our house for this one." Their house is worth around $840K, so the sarcasm was strong. 😂

      And honestly, it just made me appreciate this community even more.

      I can tell you guys I bought an ugly $125K house, will be all in for less than $225K, and should have a $330K property when I'm done, and you GET why I'm so excited.

      My friends see the house as it is today. This group sees the opportunity.

      I finally got my systems and bookkeeping together enough to be able to get a true Net Cash Flow statement for each of my 4 rental properties for the year to date… and like Amelia and Grace have mentioned on several different calls, it was so eye-opening!! The cash flow I assumed in the back of my mind that each property was making, and what they actually have done, differed considerably for some — and it is so helpful to be able to see that on one spreadsheet and figure out my next steps and where I can improve!

      After a monthhhhh of title delays, I closed on my next BRRRR! I bought this one for 27.5k (gotta love Indiana 😂), and am renovating for around 60k. ARV is 165k so hopefullllyyyyy we'll get to cash out some at the end!

      I also switched one of my STRs back to an LTR and already found an amazing tenant. I'm actually making MORE as an LTR due to major seasonality.. and I'm stoked to not have to coordinate cleanings anymore :)

      Not at all. Inside The WIIRE Community, you'll get a space where like-minded women support each other, push each other, and have a place to get real answers. We're with you every step of the way.

      Do I need a certain number of properties before joining?

      This community is for women who have done 3+ deals. Once you're past that point, there's a place for you here, wherever you are in your journey. We give you foundational coaching and systems to set up your business as an actual business and grow it over time. You'll get the most out of your membership if you're an action taker who's landing deals, submitting offers, and looking to make more money in real estate.

      What can I expect when I join?

      The first 8 weeks set you up for success. The CEO Framework kicks off in January 2027, with four live CEO Q&As, four Power Hours to implement what you're learning, and double the access to us (Amelia and Grace). After those 8 weeks, we let you loose in the bigger community, where you'll connect with us, your cohort, and small groups on a regular basis.

After that, it's monthly cohort huddles, monthly hot seats, and twice-monthly Inside Scoop calls, which only take a couple of hours a week. Every live call is recorded, so you can catch the replay on your own time.

      I've tried other communities and meetups before. Why would this be different?

      We don't do fluff and we don't do theory. We're real women doing real deals, and we'll give you the nitty-gritty details every step of the way. You'll have us, live and in person, with our cohort leaders backing us up, plus a community of women who'll answer on the first ring.
